Adaptable ambient temperature: Paper pallets are suitable for use in temperatures ranging from –25°C to 80°C (avoid direct sunlight and proximity to heat sources).

Custom processing: All products can be processed into anti‑static products according to customer requirements (see Technical Center for details).

Warranty period: Under normal usage conditions, the product quality warranty period for paper pallets is one year (12 months). If damaged during the warranty period, a replacement will be provided on a one‑for‑one basis. The resulting costs shall be borne by the supplier (limited to domestic regions). The supplier shall also be obligated to provide maintenance support for issues arising during use (excluding damage caused by improper handling or human factors). When purchasing plastic paper pallets, customers should choose reputable manufacturers.

Load distinctions: Special attention must be paid to the differences between dynamic load, precision load, racking load, and automated storage load. The load‑bearing capacity varies significantly depending on rack structure, ambient temperature, and storage duration.

Dimensional and weight tolerances: Product dimension tolerance is ±2%, and weight tolerance is ±3%, both of which fall within the allowable range of enterprise standards. After the warranty period expires, free service is still available if issues arise. If damaged, three broken paper pallets can be exchanged for one new one, but the resulting costs shall be borne by the customer.
